Common Misconceptions about Hypnosis.
Do I surrender all my will during hypnosis?
Absolutely not!! Hypnosis allows you to become more focused and enables you to be more aware of yourself and your environment.
Will you make me do things I don't want to do?
Absolutely not!! During hypnosis you have total control. A true hypnosis session will generally have you interacting verbally with the hypnotist, totally aware of your own environment.
Are you going to put me to sleep during hypnosis?
No! We need you to remain awake in order to interact. You will feel a very deep relaxation, but you will not be "put to sleep"!
Will I be able to "wake up"?
Of course! Again, you are never sleeping, just in a deep state of relaxation.....now wouldn't that feel great???
Common Questions about Hypnosis.
So, again, what is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a heightened state of suggestibility. This means that through relaxation techniques and positive suggestions you relax your subconscious mind. This is the part of your mind where conditioning behavior is established, and changed. By altering your "conditioned behavior" in your subconscious we are able to alter your habits to suit a more favorable and more desirable lifestyle. Overall, this will make you a much happier person!
Now, doesn't that sound great???
